We would like to inform you about a non-maintenance patch applied at October 23, 10:27 UTC to tackle the Arena / Champs Arena score reset issue. Please follow its details below.

[Issue]

• We are aware that Arena / Champions Arena scores are not reset on October 23 and  weekly / daily rewards were not given.

[Measurement]

• After the update on October 26, we will reset the Arena/Champions Arena, and rankings will be reset. 
• Scores earned between October 23 and October 26 will be reset.
  • Please note that Arena rankings earned before maintenance on October 26 will also be reset.
• Rewards for Arena/Champions Arena after October 26 will be sent out on October 30.
• Missing Weekly / Daily rewards will be given directly to Mailbox in the future.

[Reward]

• As compensation, we will give away 500 Everstones as a reward for an apology.
• Claimable Period: October 23, 11:00—October 30, 00:00 UTC
