We would like to inform you about an issue where some of your highest scores are different from the cleared scores for Infinite Operation in Eden Operation Alliance. Please refer to our measurement described below. 

[Issue]

•  Some of your highest scores are different from the cleared scores in Infinite Operation.
  • The highest score is displayed as 1 point less than the score obtained with a Disadvantage.

[Measurement]
 

• The missed rewards will be given to the Saviors who got a lowered tier with the incorrect scores.
• The rewards will not be given to the Saviors who have not changed tiers with the score difference.
  • e. g. The tier is changed from challenger to master for the score difference : Everstones x1,750 - Everstones x1,540 = Everstones x210 will be given
• In the second week of Operation Eden Alliance, the issue will be fixed, and further investigation will take place for the issue as informed. Again, missing rewards will be given to eligible Saviors.
