Measures for resetting the Eternal Prize Exchange Shop

[Issue]

Eternal Prize Exchange Shop was reset earlier than scheduled during maintenance on August 30. 

[Measures]

After the maintenance on September 7, the Eternal Prize Exchange Shop will be reopened for 7 days so that Saviors can redeem the prizes that were not redeemed due to the early closure of the event.

For Saviors whose Eternal Prize Exchange was not reset on Wednesday, August 30

• You will be able to do the last round you were in before the temporary maintenance on August 30.
  • For example, if you were on Round 8, you would be able to access Round 8 in the new Eternal Prize Exchange Shop.

For Saviors whose Eternal Prize Exchange Shop was reset on August 30

• You will have access to the new Eternal Prize Exchange Shop for the number of rounds left in before the temporary maintenance on August 30, plus the number of prizes you have won since the reset.
• Saviors who earned a prize by redeeming an item immediately after the Eternal Prize Exchange Shop reset will receive the prize they should have received after the redeemed prize is retrieved.
  • ex) If a Savior was in the middle of the 8th round before the reset, and the 4th round has been played since the reset;
    • The number of rounds you were in before the reset (8) + the number of times you have won prizes since the reset (since you were in the 4th round, you have won 3 prize items) = Round 11 new Eternal Prize Exchanges Shop available

[Conclusion]

We decided to open a new Eternal Prize Exchange Shop with different conditions depending on whether the Eternal Prize Exchange Shop was reset or not on August 30.

During this process, we realized that it was difficult to restore the remaining number pulled at a round for the previous Eternal Prize Exchange.

Words cannot possibly express how sorry we are to players who may have experienced any inconvenience from this issue.

We apologize again for any inconvenience caused to Saviors by the  issue, and 500 Everstones have been given as compensation.
