We have applied a non-maintenance patch on May 16 to fix the issue of Arena Daily Reward being given out duplicately for some players, and we have sent our Arena Coin compensations to those who were affected by the issue with May 18 maintenance. Please find the details below.

• Fix on the issue of Arena Daily Rewards being duplicately given out to some players

With May 4 maintenance where channel integration occurred for the Arena, there were cases where Arena Daily Rewards were duplicately given. This issue has been resolved with a patch on May 16, and for players who did not receive the duplicate Arena Daily Rewards have received them after today's maintenance.

[Compensation]

• For players who did not receive the duplicate Arena Coins, we have sent Arena Coins as compensation so that all players will receive at least 33,000 Arena Coins.
  • I.e. If you did not receive duplicate Arena Coins within 5/4—5/14, you will receive 30,000 Arena Coins sent to your in-game mailbox. If you have received 20,000 duplicate coins, you will receive the additional 13,000 Arena Coins sent to your mailbox.

• Compensation claim period: 5/18 after maintenance—5/25 00:00 UTC

Compensation distributed to your in-game mailbox will remain for 7 days before being deleted, so make sure to receive them within the claim period.
