We had urgent maintenance on February 24, 05:30 UTC—06:00 UTC to apply temporary measures for the issue where it was possible under certain conditions to hire a friend's soul infinitely during battles in Battlefront.

In order to prevent exploits, the [Retry] button during the pause screen of a battle will be temporarily removed.

We apologize for the issue, and we will try to bring back the [Retry] option back fast. 

We will be taking necessary measures afterward and making further announcements on this issue so please stay tuned.

For now, urgent maintenance compensation of 300 Everstones can be claimed from Feb. 24, 06:00—Feb. 25 00:00 UTC.
