Issues with Monthly Subscription Packs

We have found that daily rewards for Jan. 8th (Sun) for some Saviors who have purchased Sharinne and Manon Packs were not distributed. 


We have just sent the missing daily reward to those affected as of now. Please claim them from your in-game mailbox and find details below:

      • Sharinne Pack's Daily Reward: 100 Everstones
    • Claimable Period: Jan. 9th (Mon) to Jan. 15th (Sun) 00:00 UTC.



[For Duplicate Distributions]

  • If you had received duplicate rewards around 00:00UTC on Jan. 6th (Fri), your duplicate rewards have been removed, and you can start to receive rewards again normally after the duplicate days have been passed from your monthly subscription. See details [Here].
